The Chiang Mai Old Town

This is a great hotel with a beautiful property, the design feels very luxurious with the convenience of being inside the old city. Everything was extremely clean, from the lobby to the pool to our room. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the AC was powerful and welcome after a long day. The shower is large, and the tubs that come in the tub rooms are massive. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and always warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and authentic Thai interiors Very clean with good housekeeping small spa and pool were very pleasant, though spa fairly costly for the area. The food was excellent and the staff were very amenable. English spoken but on occasion I had to use google translate The hotel has a calm and relaxing vibe, tucked up a quiet side road. Very well insulated walls superb bathroom with power shower and plenty of space to carry out ablutions. Amazingly comfortable beds and quality bedding with ample mood lighting

This was an amazing hotel experience, one of our favorites in Asia. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect for walking around Old Town. The breakfasts are great... with made to order dishes, and great coffee drinks. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after sightseeing and tours. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport for us--and a huge bonus is it is a very short distance away. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything at this hotel. I didn't want to leave. It is located perfectly central to everywhere. The dinner service is amazing, and the atmosphere at night is stunning. The staff were absolutely wonderful they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable. The rooms are stunning and loved the space. I truly enjoyed my stay and would advise anyone who visits Chiang Mai to stay here. If you read this review, book this hotel.

Loved this hotel, staff where so friebdly abd helpful, nothing was too much bed was lovely and comfortable place was extremely clean and rooms where very quite spa was excellant and the ladies where excellant at their job , friendly n always had a smile on their face. Reception staff couldnt do enough for you and always with a smile.
