This is a great hotel with a beautiful property, the design feels very luxurious with the convenience of being inside the old city. Everything was extremely clean, from the lobby to the pool to our room. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the AC was powerful and welcome after a long day. The shower is large, and the tubs that come in the tub rooms are massive. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and always warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. This is a perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai as It is close to all the major historic sights and the attraction. Spacious and comfortable rooms, lovely staff, great restaurant and good location.
